The Resident's Association was set up to create positive experiences for the community of residents. Enable activities where individuals can feel more connected to their environment and the people in it.

Resident's meetings are the way for all of us to meet, share ideas and concerns about our communal living. ~

One of the main achievements in 2020 was the consultation to add fob entrances and secure the estate as a resident's only space. The next steps will see a plan to improve the surfaces and pavement of the courtyards and entrances, to make them a beautiful space for us to enjoy. Special care will be paid to the Lowerwood Court entrance where the recycling bins are, to create space with greenery and that remains clean and functional.
